2011-09-25-batizado-25A capoeira class is a complete body workout. In the class we work on flexibility, strength and stamina. The class is a lot of fun so a lot of the time you don’t even realise you are exercising. But from the slight muscle ache after the first class and the weight you’ve lost a few weeks down the line, you know you are doing something right!
